Last week we organized the #EvolviPerCompetere event with the aim of involving and raising awareness of entrepreneurs and professionals on the importance of the digital world. Because, as my partner in PowerApp says: "Digital is not a channel but the environment in which we live" To be honest, I was worried about the success of the evening , I didn't know if topics like the ones that were addressed would be of interest to the participants. In fact, two unusual topics were discussed : we didn't want to talk about Social Media Marketing or even the importance of being present on the web, but about CRM and the figure of the Digital Seller. The very talented Davide Tessari began by explaining to us how CRM is a philosophy to support digital marketing because it puts our customer at the center and consequently improves business results .
But the tools are of no use if there isn't at least Chinese Europe Phone Number List one figure in the company who takes care of them... and this is where the figure of the Digital Seller comes into play . The purpose of this figure is to interface , on the one hand with specialists such as Social Media Manager, SEO Specialist and Copywriter and on the other with the traditional seller . The participants were enthusiastic about the figure of the Digital Seller and his concreteness. They were also surprised to learn how this profession is already present in the digital reality.

The event was a great success and I am happy that there was a "family" atmosphere , breaking down the stereotypes of the classic workshop or seminar.
